Assassin's Creed Red gameplay will be shown at the Ubisoft show
It seems that Assassin’s Creed Red is gearing up for its grand debut at the upcoming Ubisoft Forward event, where we'll get to see its thrilling gameplay, with the game set for release in the autumn.
Renowned journalist Tom Henderson confirmed that Assassin’s Creed, focusing on Japan and known under the codename Red, will be the centerpiece of the upcoming Ubisoft Forward show scheduled for June 10th. According to Henderson's sources, journalists and bloggers will also get a chance to experience Assassin’s Creed Red firsthand at the Summer Games Fest event, with the embargo on preview publication lifted on June 12th.
However, despite all the anticipation, there is still some uncertainty regarding the timing and format of the game's first unveiling. There is a possibility that Ubisoft will introduce the game with a cinematic trailer and announce the final title and approximate release date before the Ubisoft Forward event, where viewers can expect full gameplay and extensive details.
At present, there is no official release date for Assassin’s Creed Red, but it is expected to be released by the end of 2024. According to information gathered by Insider Gaming, it is possible that the Japanese adventure of "Assassin’s Creed" will see the light of day between October and November. However, it should be noted that the release date is still subject to change and may be postponed.
It is worth noting that earlier Tom Henderson claimed that the main characters of Assassin’s Creed Red would be the female ninja Naoe and the dark-skinned samurai Yasuke. Additionally, on the horizon, there is the release of the "hub" Assassin’s Creed Infinity, as well as the expected remake of Black Flag and several new installments of the franchise.
